Ron has been in the Automobile business for 28 years. He began his career in Las Vegas at the age of 20 selling used cars on a little used car lot. He has worked in almost every area including Sales, Sales Manager, Used Car Manager and General Manager at various dealerships.
In September of 2007, after 5 years as the General Manager of Towbin Motorcars a Rolls-Royce/Bentley Dealership in Las Vegas Ron was recruited by Ferrari of San Diego to take over their Ferrari and Maserati dealership in La Jolla, Ca. He moved his family to Del Mar where he spent three years as the GM managing the total operation of new/used sales and a very successful service and parts dept. Ron then took a year off from the retail car business to spend some time with his four beautiful daughters after going through a divorce from their mother. He came to work in February of 2011 as The General Manager of The Auto Galley Ferrari/ Maserati.
Ron is a graduate of the NADA Dealer Candidate Academy and received several awards for Sales and Sales Management accomplishments. He is also AFIP Certified and Certified for Red Flag compliance.
Ron enjoys negotiating, closing deals and helping his sales team succeed. He really likes training and developing sales people to reach their maximum potential.
His hobbies include motorcycle riding, bicycling; both road and mountain, going to the beach and basically anything that he can enjoy with his girls. Ron has four daughters Madison 14, Mallory 11, Marlena 8.5 and Maci who is 5.
Melissa is 28 years old and is originally from Scottsdale Arizona. She has been living on and off in San Diego for the past ten years, where she originally started her career in the car industry. She has only been in the business for about three years, but has been doing sales for over five years.
She was first introduced to Ron Giger (The Ferrari and Maserati General Manager here at The Auto Gallery) when he was running the Ferrari and Maserati showroom in La Jolla California. Melissa was working for a multi market luxury publication as their advertising and marketing sales representative when she booked the Ferrari and Maserati San Diego showroom as a client. From the first time she met Ron he was always telling her, "You are going to work for me someday!" "Two years later...there I was, with an offer I could not refuse!"
Melissa knew nothing about cars, all she knew is that she loved interacting with people and she knew how to sell. So over the course of the past two and half years, she has dedicated her time and efforts to learning the product inside and out, and the ins and outs of the car business.
When not working Melissa loves to be outdoors...she is really into yoga and running and spending time with her close friends and family. Melissa is an only child but has a great deal of extended family...with over 30 cousins and ten really great girlfriends that she calls sisters. "I feel very fortunate to be where I am at and to have what I have!"

These qualities have enabled Jay to achieve a high level of success and respect among his industry peers. Jay began his career in automobile sales 15 years ago, working as a salesman at a leading car dealership in St. Louis county. In just his second year with the dealership, and for the next eight consecutive years following that, Jay was leading salesman and tops in customer service.
While the sheer sales figures he generated are impressive, the real measure of his success can be better measured in his approach to customer service, his passion for building relationships, his knowledge of vehicles, his innovative
marketing programs, and his unfailing desire to serve his large customer base.

Following his success there, Jay became a sales associate at the premier Lexus dealership and Bommarito Automotive Group. Both dealerships he specialized in new and pre-owned quality brands. In these positions he continued to demonstrate his passion for vehicles, matched only by the skills he continues to bring to his relationship with his customers. Jay is continuing his successful career at The Auto Gallery Ferrari/Maserati.
Jay currently lives in Los Angeles California with his wife and two young children. His oldest daughter is 12 and pursuing her acting and singing career. His son is 9 and likes to race his go-kart with his dad.
